Tourism Partnership Launches New Website
Seeks Input from Local Tourist-Focused Businesses
Tennessee’s South Cumberland Tourism Partnership (TSCTP) has recently launched a redesigned version of its <MountainsOfAdventure.com> website. According to TSCTP President Joe Gray, the site is focused on helping tourists plan their trip to the mountain, showcasing the best options for recreation, entertainment, history, lodging/venues, dining, shopping and fitness services.
The website, which already reaches more than 18,000 prospective visitors per month, was developed for TSCTP by Dan Miller of South Cumberland Digital. According to Miller, “the new <MountainsOfAdventure.com> website draws visitors right into the most appealing adventures for their interests and lets them filter their choices based on their specific needs. Then we give them a deep-dive of insider tips on that adventure and connect them with the best lodging, dining and shopping options that are nearby.” <MountainsOfAdventure.com> is promoted through extensive online, billboard and print advertising, funded by TSCTP.
All area businesses with a tourism focus are listed on the website at no charge, and more prominent listings are available with an upgrade to a paid partnership. According to Miller, TSCTP is undertaking an effort to make sure each tourism-focused business is listed properly. He encourages all tourism-focused businesses to learn how they can partner with TSCTP to generate more exposure for themselves by visiting <MountainsOfAdventure.com/business-listings>.
TSCTP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to “to develop and champion strategies for sustainable economic opportunity in and around the gateway communities of the South Cumberland region, through the facilitation and promotion of cultural, historic and outdoor tourism initiatives.
