St. Mary’s Sewanee: The Ayres Center for Spiritual Development invites the community to “Come & See” from 1–4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, at 770 St. Mary’s Lane in Sewanee. This free community gathering offers something for everyone: explore the scenic campus, meet local vendors, and participate in spiritual practice demonstrations led by St. Mary’s Sewanee program presenters throughout the day.

The afternoon will be filled with live music from the Grundy County Jam Kids, Doug Cloniger, and Sarah Douglas, along with barbecue provided by Triple J BBQ. Guests can also get a taste of St. Mary’s Sewanee’s own kitchen, with snacks and the retreat center’s famous gourmet cookies. A variety of local vendors will be on hand selling arts, crafts, jewelry, food, and more. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend this celebration of connection and exploration.
