COVID Testing at the University for Students Only
COVID test signs lining University and Tennessee avenues are to guide Sewanee students to the testing venue as they arrive on campus. University faculty and staff members have already been tested. The University is not offering testing to the public.
The Tennessee Department of Health has COVID-19 assessment sites available across the southeast region. A full list of sites can be accessed at www.tn.gov/health/cedep/ncov.html
Currently, there is free drive-thru testing available, Monday through Friday, at the health departments in Bradley, Franklin, Grundy, McMinn, Rhea, and Sequatchie. Residents in Bledsoe, Marion, Meigs, and Polk counties may also call their local health department during regular business hours for assistance in getting tested.
